My client Irma Koch is an extremely talented and seasoned Yoga instructor based out of Toronto. As the pandemic closed gyms/yoga studios in Toronto she had the need to go online. I was able to offer a quick, affordable solution geared at providing her with online an online presence.

2016-2017
Managed the planning, execution and launch of 2 new e-commerce websites on the Magento platform. These websites had over 3500 SKU's and products had to be migrated over from a legacy platform.

New Product Introduction - Magik Frame

With this project, I helped STM set up a short term and long term plan to launch their new magikframe product. Developed competitive market research, pricing strategies for retail and distribution networks , created a website on WIX & prepared marketing collateral with the help of Hodsy Creative services. www.magikframe.com
